The PropTech 50 celebrates the most innovative UK-based companies, at the intersection of property and technology, with the rankings decided by both BusinessCloud’s readers and an expert panel of judges.
Urban Intelligence stood out with our PlaceMaker software for local planning authorities, now utilised by over 20 councils across England. PlaceMaker is scaling up the capacity of local planning teams, halving the time taken for site assessment, streamlining representation management and simplifying data visualisation.
